The process of decorating a home goes a lot smoother when decision making is divided according to agreed-upon roles. Many men, like myself, are more than happy to relinquish decorating decisions to their significant others — why rock the boat when the choice of throw pillows (or the existence of throw pillows, for that matter) clearly matters more to her than to you?
